"Not a good experience. Extremely rigid. Denying to take back their own sold silver chain in exchange for another chain. Also claiming they don't have customer purchase records of greater than 6 months old which is absurd and unheard of. Buy at your own risk. Once sold,they will shun responsibility. The person at the bill counter was not giving convincing reply. Thing is they were not interested as we went to buy a small silver chain....but what they are not understanding that a customer will come back for more purchases of high value if they are treated well. Was planning some purchases within a month but thankfully their true colours came out and hence will be going to some branded shop"

"I recently had my set repaired at this jeweler, and noticed that it weighed 0.3 grams less when I received it back. The staff explained that the weight loss was due to dust loss. Additionally, I was charged Rs1500 for the repair, which seemed quite high compared to other jewelers who typically do not charge for minor repairs. After my original review, the owner called and apologised for the issues and assured me that such incidents would not happen to other customers."

"Beware! They are tax evaders. They don't let you sit and not even ask to sit. I went with my 1 month old daughter for purchase, they weighed the jewellery and gave me a rough estimate including GST. Ask me to pay, I paid 2550 in cash for an estimate of 2533. They returned me 20 rupees and when I said where is my bill, they said the rough estimate is the bill. I said you guys are so smart, charging me GST and not giving bill. Other customers were purchasing without GST and so were not concerned about the bills. When I asked the cashier why he is doing so, said abhi de raha hu. I am glad I didn't lose much in the shop. They were only interested in promoting their shop in news 18 channel who came for dhanteras coverage and making money by cheating people."
